@Kaosreincarnate@omgsidewalks The concept of UBI isn't unlimited free money. There will still be classes of people. People at the minimum, $100k, $500k, $1 million, $50 million, etc. will all have a different quality of life. I'd rather work than have whatever the realistic free apartment looks like.
@Lunar_Ghost13@brianonhere@MayorNayse Kelvin is used for color temperature (how orange-white-blue LEDs are for example) and lumens are used for brightness.
@vevosuave If Kyrie was able to play even close to himself in Boston it would've been a competitive series. Fully healthy Celtics were clearly better than the Mavericks so this is still assuming KP doesn't play the entire series and Luka is still taped up.
@TheHoopFather@couragealways05 Game 3 was the crash out / foul out near the end of the game when it was winnable. It led to Windhorst's rant that permanently gave him a negative narrative.
Either way, the Celtics scored the least out of any series vs the Mavs, Mavs just couldn't get enough offense going.
@TheHoopFather@WCWstan4life Was a completely different person in the Boston games compared to the Dallas games. I watched Kyrie dribble off his foot playing like the 9th or 10th best player on the court. It was wild.
@madebyolah Periods of your life have more or less financial pressures. Pay off the car loans and never have more than one at a time. Try to have 0 as long as possible. Pay off student loans.
@DangerAce03@jake_erwocky@madebyolah You choose the price of your schooling. Range of tuition costs between schools is huge. Out of state doubles or triples your tuition. Roommates vs staying at your parents vs getting your own place. The same credential can cost you up to 10x as much due to your personal choices.
@homeliterata@drantbradley My master's was 12k and paid for by my employer. A bunch of coworkers joined a 40k program but I didn't want to owe significant money to work if I left before the no penalty period was over. I can't imagine ending up in 80k of debt for graduate school.
@GhostWriterOhio@RayyvanaTTV They are the the retired generation that are more likely to be someone's parents instead of grandparents if they still work.
