In Quarter 3, the average office market sale value was $168 per square foot (psf)in Des Moines. That is the third straight quarter of sale price psf growth.

Due to experience, I cannot discourage enough the use of @DHLGlobal for your shipping needs. At the end of our Italian vacation we had wine and some extra clothes to ship back to the U.S. @DHLGlobal and @DHLUS advertise heavily that they have the ability to provide this service

DHL blamed US customs for turning away our package. After further investigation and conversations with several DHL and US Customs employees, a DHL EMPLOYEE told us their policy was to immediately send back packages that required additional paperwork…
