@SFBART Last Friday my MINI VAN was broken broken into. I was left with a broken window and a rummaged glove compartment. What steps is BART taking to mitigate thieves breaking into our cars? We pay for parking everyday and now some of us have to for a window replacement.

@SFBART my Clipper Card didn't read when I badged in at Montgomery. When I arrived to Richmond I told the attendant what happened. The attendant had me badge in and out of Richmond. The fare was 6.50, but from Montgomery to Richmond it's usually 5.05. Please explain the logic. TY

In June alone 116 trains were delayed by door vandalism. In this recent case, one door jam delayed more than a dozen trains. Our train car doors are not like elevator doors, please don’t try to stop them from closing.
