I’m often struck by colleagues returning from NMP lectures seeing pharmacokinetics as dry/theoretical.
I want to share some of why I find it of immense practical use.

There is no ‘pharmacist shortage’. There are thousands of qualified, experienced pharmacists who no longer choose to work in community pharmacies. There was a shortage of respect, proper pay and support staff. The pharmacists simply decided to work elsewhere.
