@FlyFrontier is it normal for customers to be yelled at from a manager within your company? Manager Jackie at MCO thinks so. A total embarrassment. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect from a company before. #frontier #frontierairlines flying other airlines from now on

Hey @FlyFrontier what kind of customer service are you providing when you ask to speak with a supervisor or manager and the manager named Jackie at the Orlando airport comes over and begins to yell at you. Interesting tactic. Never use Frontier ppl. This is unbelievable.
