AI is most impressive when you don’t know enough to see what it missed.
That is the part people get wrong about #AI replacing experts.
Ask AI about something you barely understand, and the answer feels amazing.
It is faster than you.
It knows more terms than you.
It sounds confident.
It gives you structure.
But ask AI about something you are actually an expert in, and the weaknesses become obvious.
- It misses context.
- It lacks precision.
- It makes shallow assumptions.
It gives answers that sound right but are not complete enough to trust blindly. This is why I think a lot of task-based work will lose value, but expertise will not.
You can ask AI to run #SEO. But if you do not understand SEO, you cannot judge whether it is focused on the right opportunities.
You cannot tell if the audit is shallow.
You cannot tell if the recommendations are generic.
You cannot tell if the strategy is aligned with the business.
AI makes execution faster.
But experts still decide what matters, what is missing, what should be ignored, and what good actually looks like.
The future does not belong to people who can produce more tasks.
It belongs to people who can ask better questions.
