$bbig delisting only happen when a company doin bad, and is usually not what a company wants. In this case the company delisted there is for sure clear reason to believe is for no good reason. Years later and nothing happening either more reason that they really mess thing up.

$bbig Vinco got delisted from Nasda because they stop reporting the necessary paperwork to nasda way before any litigation. They did not want anybody to see what they were doing. This cause the stock to go to Zero. How was that beneficiary to anybody other than hide the true.
