𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
• We apply @toffeeXofficial's Minimize Volume Temperature constraint to ensure effective cooling of the bottom surface.
• See how Topology Optimization (TO) gradually optimizes the design to meet this objective, creating impingement regions where fluid jets efficiently transfer heat away from the device’s bottom surface. The heated fluid is displaced, allowing cooler fluid to circulate, as shown by the temperature-colored streamlines.
• Initially, there is significant temperature variation across the outlet, indicating non-uniform cooling and suboptimal fluid utilization. By the end of the optimization, the temperature distribution becomes more uniform, reflecting how the ToffeeX design has used the available cooling fluid more efficiently to improve cooling performance of the component.
