@TheRussiaBlog @xepaco In Canada the cost of heating is not a concern (yet) except if it’s electric board heating. So it’s just propaganda. In Europe though the heating cost is through the roof, and cold water supply is expensive too. So, it’s unfair comparison

What you learn here is called phonetics - pronunciation. It is a structured way to explain why Russian sounds how it sounds.
