This is the story of how I sold my first every #SaaS.
It all starts a couple of months ago. Youtube recommends me a video of @marclou and I am hooked.
Even tho I am a pretty decent SE, I never actually published one of my side projects.
While bingewatching marcs videos daily, I go deeper down the #buildinpublic rabbit hole. Until one day, I see a opportunity.
A SaaS which removes hidden #AI watermarks from LLM generated content. I ship a rough, ugly and barebone version, but in the end https://t.co/NjNRJHslHn is born.
Apart from a couple of linkedin and reddit post, I do not do any marketing, and forget about the project. But over the following weeks it slowly started gaining traction.
I double down, improve the product and monetize it. The first every internet-dollar is quickly earned and soon there come many more.
Fast-Forward to last week:
I posted a listing on trustmrr and @Jake_Holmes1234 emails me. We meet up via videocalls, discuss the ins and outs of the project and realize, it is a great fit for everyone.
A contract is quickly crafted, signed, a lump sum was payed and before I realize what just happened I made my first EXIT.
For the next 12 months I will continue working on the project while Jake scales up the ads and generates content. During this period we are doing a revenue split, which I am very excited about.
My personal thanks also go out to @marclou who read my fanmail, talked me through some issues and cheered me on. Thank you marc, you are having a real impact on people.

Thank you for the shout out, looking forwards to our call tmrw to learn how we can improve MoveMRR even further
Day 14 building own․page to $10K MRR 🚀
Spent most of the day migrating subscribers from one Stripe account to another (moving my company from Austria → Bulgaria).
Doing this manually would have been insane and could lead to huge churn.
Thanks to @andi_losing , I got introduced to @AleksDoesCode, who’s building MoveMRR- a platform exactly for this problem.
It handles the entire migration automatically without the customers even knowing, which honestly saved me a lot of headache and time.
So I totally recommend it if you ever need to do that.
I also finalized 3 small widgets I had started a long time ago:
Discord, Twitch, Behance → live tomorrow.
I’ve been pushing myself a lot on building lately, but now I really feel the need to focus on marketing, so that’s the plan for the upcoming week.
It was really awesome to me @hustle_fred in Person and to exchange thoughts about the future of coding, AI, and X.
Huge props to what he achieved with @supabird_io, really excited to the things he has planned next 💪🏻
@11bhagwat Nope, too unsecure and unreliable for me. It is going to host runners for CodeCraft (which is an AI focused IDE I am building myself, see my previous post)
Need to be able to host convex and nestjs backends on this bad boy
@anulagarwal Honestly, no. I think it is pretty clear that the payment is per app. While I give you the benefit of the doubt that you misunderstood it, your posts scream ragebait.
I made an app to fix my terrible posture.
It uses my MacBook Pro camera to watch me work.
When AI detects that I’m sitting like a shrimp 🦐, it sends me a notification with a preview of my posture so I can reposition myself.
Everything stays local. It works offline too.

And because apparently my brain only responds to fake rewards, I added XP: good posture makes my shrimp evolve (currently level 7).
Claude Code still can't fix what kills my flow every day: bad multitasking, broken session management, context hell between projects.
So I built my own AI-first dev tool. Now I've fully ditched VS Code for it 👀
Thinking about open sourcing it. What are your biggest vibe coding IDE pains rn?
