@francisco_tcg @Chinoize_ Also I found that it's important to not take early lifes if you can avoid it, to make it hard to pressure face. Often it's a matter of how many swing he has rather than counter, it often comes out to red roc/usoachi + 9+9+10 or something along these lines.

Depending on how much ramp Up gets at 8 you can either go Whitebeard if he still hasn't developed 9k to force red roc and aggro. If he tapped out to go blind sanji or mihawk you can punish with Vista
