No doubt Dr @ReachDrMuganga is a very intelligent man and I believe he could contribute greatly to the ministry of internal affairs , he is experienced and he is productive. But if he holds a dual citizenship which goes against the laws of our land then he doesn’t qualify for that position and if he has failed to show proof of renunciation then we shouldn’t sympathize with him. But he is a great man , he can serve from a different position.
