I just came back from Ethiopia, and I was genuinely impressed. @Landoforigins

For 25+ years, I have helped build global visibility for some of the world’s most recognized names across entertainment, media, business, and culture, including Kim Kardashian, Logan Paul, Zendaya, Paris Hilton, Miley Cyrus, Priyanka Chopra, and Justin Bieber.

As someone who has travelled the world, and as both an American citizen and a UK citizen, I felt safe, welcomed, and inspired by Ethiopia’s hospitality, ambition, and forward-looking vision.

Today, I believe Ethiopia is the next big thing.

From Addis Ababa’s position as Africa’s diplomatic capital to Ethiopian Airlines’ global reach, the country has the history, people, infrastructure, tourism, energy, and investment potential to become one of Africa’s great success stories.

I am committed to using my global media platform, relationships, and storytelling experience to amplify Ethiopia to the world.

The Ethiopian Dream has begun.

As the COP32 host country, Ethiopia has embarked on early preparations through the formal establishment of the National Steering Committee. We have brought together key leadership to guide this process with clarity and purpose. The Presidency has already commenced its initial tasks, laying the foundation for what must be a coordinated and ambitious effort.

Today, I convened the National Steering Committee across sectors to assess progress made so far, identify gaps, and ensure that all efforts remain aligned with our national vision. This platform serves not only as a space for review, but also for collective direction-setting. Our focus is clear: to move forward cohesively, with strong coordination, unified ambition, and a shared commitment to excellence in hosting this global program.

ውድ ኢትዮጵያዊያን

በዚህ ሳምንት ውዷ ሀገራችን በአፍሪካ ኅብረት ጉባኤ ለመታደም የሚመጡ እህት ወንድም አፍሪካዊያንን ለማስተናገድ ልቧን ከፍታ-እጆቿን ዘርግታ ትቀበላለች። እነዚህ ወዳጆቻችን የሰንደቃችንን ቀለማት የሚጋሩ፣ ኢትዮጵያን እንደነፃነት ቀንዲል የሚመለከቱ ብሎም ሀገራችን የአኅጉሩ የፖለቲካ ርዕይ የማዕዘን ድንጋይ አድርገው የሚያከብሩ ናቸው።

ኢትዮጵያ ወደር በሌለው እንግዳ ተቀባይነቷ ለምን ልትከበር እንደበቃች በአቀባበላችን እናሳያቸው። እንደቤታቸው እንዲሰማቸው እናድርግ። በክብር እንቀበላቸው። በፍቅር እናቆያቸው። ተደምረን ሰንደቃችን የሚወክለውን የአፍሪካ አንድነትን መንፈስ እና የሚያያይዘንን የወል ህልም እናክብር!

To my fellow Ethiopians,

This week, our beloved homeland opens its arms to fellow Africans attending the AU meetings. These are friends who share the colors of our flag, who see Ethiopia as a beacon of freedom, and who regard our country as a cornerstone of political vision for the continent.

Let’s show them why Ethiopia is known for its unmatched hospitality. Let’s make them feel at home, greet them with respect, and embrace them with love. Together, let’s honor the spirit of African unity that our flag represents and the shared dreams that connect us all.
