Jingyu was actually crying 🥹
I love reading people's reviews about how no one can explain the feeling this bl series gives them - it just feels so alive. every shot, the entire story, the characters' lives... It's as if you're a part of it yourself. It's true, this series really has something indescribable about it, something that can make you cry simply because of how beautiful it is

"Normally, when a series comes to an end, we often say, “It’s time to send the characters back to the novel.” But for me, Barth and Tanrak existed in my heart long before there was a novel, and long before this story became a series.
So today, I’m not sending them back anywhere. Instead, I’ll let Barth and Tanrak continue living on… in the beautiful memories of everyone who came to know them.
I would like to thank every member of the behind-the-scenes team who helped bring this series to life. I hope you’ll forgive me for not mentioning everyone by name, I’m afraid I might accidentally leave someone out. Every single one of them played a part in bringing Ticket to Heaven to where it is today.
Thank you to GMMTV for always giving me the creative freedom to tell my stories, even knowing how sensitive and challenging this one would be.
Thank you to our wonderful cast: Gemini, Fourth, I’m looking forward to working with you both for many more years. Bright, Ashi, P’ Nok, P’ Aun, Poon, Mook, Keen, Sea, Tor, Guitar, Mantra, and every supporting actor who believed in these characters and gave them life in ways even more beautiful than I had ever imagined.
Thank you to all the priest consultants who offered guidance, shared their knowledge, and placed their trust in us, allowing this story to be told with respect for faith and belief. Thank you as well to everyone who shared their personal experiences with me, your stories were truly invaluable.
Thank you for every message of encouragement, every review, every reaction, every piece of feedback, and every criticism. I accept them all with sincere gratitude. Most importantly, thank you to every viewer, wherever you are in the world, for opening your hearts and taking this journey with us from the very beginning until today.
Finally…
If "The Boy Who Didn’t Go to Heaven" leaves everyone with one thing, I hope it is this belief:
That we can love God and love who we are at the same time.
May love and faith always be with each and every one of you.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Imagine discovering proof that your dad was part of a organ trafficking ring and that you unknowingly helped clean up after since your teens. That door shutting was also Bai Che putting up his wall.

#Payback's live adaptation is one for the history books.
Minlee's damn expressive eyes, Toptap matching Jay's aura and vibe, the screenwriting and the visuals. Most importantly the chemistry between leads is off the charts!🤌

: EP.5 Director’s Note: The Old Mattress Storage Room
the difficult part of this scene, honestly was not the directing. it was not even the worry that the actors wouldnt be able to perform it. the real question was, how far should we go for it to feel just right?
we talked with the actors quite a lot about what their characters were feeling in that exact moment. we interpreted it from the script together and also discussed how comfortable each person was with the way the scene would be presented, whether there was anything they were worried about or wanted to avoid. bc for us, the trust between the director and the actors is just as important as the script itself.
tbh the script only said, “their closeness causes both of them to feel a sudden rush of emotion. tanrak tries to resist and fight against it but realizes it is incredibly difficult. both of them let their bodies and hearts go, wildly and intensely.” ()
and as yall can see, that left a lot of room for interpretation and for designing the scene in many different ways. after understanding the characters and rehearsing the blocking to a certain extent, when it was time to actually film, we chose to let the actors follow the emotions of their characters rather than controlling every single beat. and we really have to thank the spirit and dedication of both actors for giving themselves fully to it. what we got was something nuanced, gentle, uncomfortable and even more complete than what we had originally intended.
this scene is still the same scene that was written in the script. but the feeling that reached the audience took us far beyond those written words.
as for what happened behind the scenes after we called cut? the actors immediately asked for cooling spray and tissues bc that old mattress storage room was extremely very very hot that day😅
what did yall think of this scene? pls share your thoughts with us
