@iMcKenzied @emmacpicken Need to look at what else they are doing. As a student my professor of Anatomy was a part time GP. The excellent GP practice I go to the lead GP is part time GP and part time dermatology registrar. We need to recognise that some GPs need extra intellectual challenge.

Genuinely thought it was interesting that male rape didn't exist in law until 1994 and that it was campaigning for equal age of consent that seemed to trigger change. I think it tells us something about attitudes to homosexuality at the time.

Often forgotten because much coverage focussed on lowering age of homosexual consent to 18 in the same legislation (Criminal Justice and Public Order Act)
