@virginmedia All connections drop, and it takes a restart or two to recover the signal. Can you please explain at what point we can upgrade to the Hub 4 if Hub 5 is paywalled behind the highest tariffs? Is there not a starting point, or is VM refusing to give anyone under a gb a Hub 4 or 5?

@virginmedia how do we get our Hub replaced? Working remotely is becoming challenging when the Hub 3 we were given seems to be temperamental and always drops, no matter how often we restart it. Are we able to get upgraded to a Hub 4 or 5 for consistency and less lost work time?

@virginmedia We have checked regularly and there are no known issues in the area. But at the moment, we're having drop offs (usually mid-meeting) 2 or 3 times through the waking day. What is considered higher tier, as I believe our speeds are half a gb?

@MartinSLewis @foodgov Just out of curiosity, if we use the @ubereats_uk app to buy food, which is then delivered late and cold, so had to be thrown away as it is clearly at risk of bacterial growth, we are still eligible for a refund aren't we?

@UberUKsupport I cannot think of another food service who would think that the delivery of cold food is remotely acceptable, and refuse to refund them for something they didn't eat for fear of safety. @foodgov is this legal?

@UberUKsupport Your response is to say that you believe it is acceptable for persons employed by your company to deliver food cold, which is a health and safety issue due to being inside the danger zone of bacterial growth (5-63°), therefore was thrown away.

@ubereats_uk Made a report for my order as unsafe food, as it all came cold and thus is in the danger zone for bacterial growth (5 - 63°C). That was more than 2 hrs ago. Made another report, and the person responded saying they were closing their thread as it was already being dealt with!

@TalkTalk could someone explain the difference between the Fibre35 and the Fibre65 packages? They look identical on paper apart from saying more devices can use it at once, even though it's the same router, same dl speeds etc. but a couple of quid more.

@AmethystLid @EpicGames See, I assumed that I would just be able to connect to his account, but Epic games don't seem to let you connect to more than 1 Nintendo device at a time. So, I now await confirmation from Epic that if I disconnect his account from Nintendo, I can reconnect it with the new device
