@DearMirabel 1. It's only those quack agents who do not give a proper explanation. Commision refers to the agency fee, which is for the agent. Agreement is the legal fee from a Lawyer/Landlord Lawyer. Caution fee is a refundable fees that a landlord MUST returned to the tenant.
