Would it be fair to say that if the Spotify playlist is being played in-house for 10-15min, I would have to preemptively mute the live stream to avoid auto mutes, blocks, or serious copyright strikes? I assume the punishment can be that harsh despite not monetizing

@TeamYouTube I'll be creating a funeral Livestream this month and the client is requesting Spotify music curated by the deceased to be played.

Obviously with copyright issues, there's the risk of being muted for sections of the video - is there a way around it for funerals?

@TeamYouTube We would just want to protect the live stream from being unknowingly muted or shut down while live, since we are providing accessibility to those who can't make it to the funeral in person instead of making money from streaming.

I suppose this would be case-dependent, but in a live stream, if copyrighted material is being played as a live cover vs using the actual song file - does that change whether or not the owner allows the content to be used on YouTube if they opt-in to that?
