La Ville de Montréal m’explique que c’etait tout à fait volontaire de laisser couler ce tuyau dans la rue, en raison d’un chantier en cours.

Depuis les travaux lancés au début de l’été, les résidents du secteur sont alimentés par un aqueduc temporaire et « pour que l’eau dans ce réseau reste potable et ne stagne pas, particulièrement avec la chaleur, il faut absolument faire couler de l’eau à certains endroits pour éviter les bactéries ».

Donc le tuyau va continuer de couler jusqu’à mois de septembre. Par contre, à la suite de la publication, la Ville a décidé de déplacer le tuyau qui coule pour ne plus qu’il soit visible de la rue.
