@Grubhub_Care it’s there anyway we as a driver can rate the restaurants on their horrible time on waiting for food?

@Grubhub_Care Why does Grubhub deal with companies in the food industry that never have the call orders ready when the drivers arrive for pick up? These orders are ridiculous on waiting. More like 30 minutes additional wait 😡

@Grubhub_Care Sorry doesn’t cut it anymore. Restaurants need to do better when it comes to customers and have orders ready for drivers to pick up and not wait an additional 15-20 minutes on an order. Every restaurant I go it’s a 10 minutes additional wait. SMH

@Grubhub_Care Every time I get close to a fast food place the orders will say ready for pick up. You walk inside the restaurant and the order is not even ready. McDonalds is notorious for. It having orders ready. It makes no sense when customer places an order way advance and order isn’t done.

@Grubhub_Care Why is it when a driver gets close to the restaurant this pops up and as a driver goes inside the restaurant order hasn’t been start it and still have to wait ten minutes?
