@HMRCcustomers This is beginning to become ridiculous - it should not take over 18 months for a claim to be resolved fully - I am awaiting this issue to be dealt with so that I can apply for residency where I live now. I have been unable to speak to anyone throughout the process

@HMRCcustomers hi, I have tried to contact you by phone regarding an overpayment of income tax due to moving abroad, which was first raised to you by post in August 2023. I was on hold for an hour (at high cost as I am calling from abroad) and then the line was disconnected.

@EINairport is there a reason your trolleys require a Euro coin to operate? It’s very inconvenient as much of the country is now cashless, and affects passengers flying from elsewhere. At the very least, a machine to withdraw a euro coin would make a difference!
