@JamesAB_FK @AXS_UK It really is shocking! Have you received your refund yet? I’ve never expected such an awful experience from a ticketing company as large as AXS

[Al x @alex_sayersx]

@AXS_UK I’m still, after TWO WEEKS, waiting for a refund for my ELO Hyde Park ticket.

I’ve contacted multiple times on multiple platforms. You have a phone line that’s dead.

Others in my group have been refunded, any idea when I’ll rightly get my refund?

@penny_derwen @AXS_UK @BSTHydePark I’m in the exact same situation and have contacted them three times with no response. Have you had any hope?

As kick-off approaches, a thought for staff at the #SaintsFC ticket office, who at this moment don't yet know whether they can get the sunbeds out, or are about to face the working week from hell.

After my debut show whilst still a player in 1997 and many more memorable years, I’ll be stepping back from BBC MOTD at the end of this season. I feel very privileged to have had such an incredible run on the most iconic football show in the world.
