Another week, same farm, another drift event…this crop is surrounded by the Dryland owned by the same farmer which hasn’t been sprayed…
How do we better talk about this as a community 🤷🏼♀️

Agriculture can be Awesome 👏, and challenging 😔. If your in central west NSW and had your canola flooded or ruined by 2 big dumps of rain, I’ve got 2t of good/ graded 45Y93 I’d be happy to give away for free if it was to help you get back on your feet & in the game again.
1/8 Thought I would tell my story. This is not about myself but about mobile phone coverage in regional areas. 18 days ago I had a farm accident on my 2nd farm which is 60km from town. 8 fractured vertebrae, fractured scapula, ribs and punctured lung. Fractured skull, smashed

Claiming that someone else is to blame for the fact there is less water now than there was in the past, is simply denial of the impact climate change.
There is less water to be shared and it must be shared wisely to ensure sustainability of environment and communities
Our best future won’t be found by looking backwards.
It is time to care about what is going to happen in thirty years.

It’s time to block out the political background noise and focus on meaningful, positive outcomes for water.
