Striving isn’t the problem.
Striving from fear and insecurity is.
If your self-worth hinges on every outcome, you're playing a dangerous game.
It's not how much you care, but how you care.
Here’s how to chase big goals without losing yourself along the way
Social media made us overvalue opinions and undervalue actions. We’re now judged more by what we say than what we do, and words, unlike deeds, are easy to fake.
A chief cause of delusion is the need for certainty. Just as the thirst for water may drive a desert wanderer to chase mirages, so the thirst for answers makes us rush into poorly justified beliefs. To avoid being duped, become comfortable with uncertainty.
"I just give all the honor and glory to Him every time I step on the track and I'm amazed with what He's doing in my life."

Good word to start the week. We have to control what we can control, let God take care of the rest, and trust that we receive the result that we are meant to receive.
Resting in what God has to say about us is way more important than proving the accusations wrong
Chances are the accusations will be proved wrong anyways as we walk with Jesus in the truth
Don’t let the accusations distract you from just fixing your eyes on Jesus and the truth!
When we receive accusations that we feel are unfair or untrue, many times we want to prove the messenger wrong.
However, we don’t have anything to prove to anyone because what God has to say about who I am is the truth!
Why should we let the accusations have any weight at all?
If we let the accusations change our mind and question what God has to say about us, then we are giving them weight
If we want to prove them wrong, then we are giving them weight because we’re letting them affect us mentally
Either way they distract us from what God has to say!
