@British_Airways Can you please explain this contradiction in refund policy? On booking page says fully refundable, on payment page it says non refundable. Which is it?

@British_Airways Thank you Anthony. That's what I thought. But then on the payment page, under Terms and Conditions of Carriage, it says this ticket is non refundable... Hence the confusion.

@cbcgem The app is absolutely messed up lately. Episodes don't play in order and no way to get the selected ep to play. You click on something and it's a lottery as to what actually plays. This happens across all my 3 devices. Tried resetting, clearing cache... What's going on?
