@BiondiniCesar Each country is entitled to welcome visitors or not. It is up to FIFA and the IOC to determine which countries are suitable as hosts. Just because a country has the capacity to host the WC or Olympics does not mean it is suitable.
@praisejohnn “ … but whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in me to sin, it would be better for him to have a great millstone fastened round his neck and to be drowned in the depth of the sea.” Matt. 18:6
@TheAthleticFC@nytimes Maybe FIFA will learn a very good lesson after this fiasco. That is, not all countries that can hold a WC should be selected to do so. Some countries should just be avoided altogether in the future.
@AgentZuwas@FabrizioRomano@jk_8080 He was asked a question about the quadruple. What do you expect him to do? Not answer because he has not won a PL title? He was not the one that brought up the issue of quadruple.
@_OKJ__ Further, the same manufacturers of vaccines also manufacture other medications they take willingly. If the intention is to kill their patients (thereby reducing their incomes), they then have several avenues to do so, not just through vaccines alone.
@AFROEAGLE1@ronniebee3 I understand your point, but they go by averages. I understand the point that such calculations are sketchy, because Nigeria doesn’t even have an accurate census data, not to talk of death data. That is why those “outsiders” are always careful to preface such data as “projected”.
@arughaemma@Symply_Tacha Is this a joke? Is that all? Did the FG not build infrastructure in other states? I keep seeing “massive” that cannot be quantified. Dilapidated structures that have been abandoned for decades. Roads that existed even before Nigeria became a nation. Jeez.
@Midatlblog So, not to put a damper on what you want to see happen, if Sanwo-Olu has not prioritized changing the environment after several years on the seat, what makes you think that he will do anything about it now? He just does not see much or any value in doing anything about it.
@Midatlblog Every government is a reflection of its top leadership, and the values it holds and place on societal needs. You can’t give what you don’t have. If memory serves me right, I think it was only Fashola’s government that cared about the environment since the creation of the state.
