@ViessmannUK If you have read the full trail you can see the issue is not the hot water, but not being able to turn the heating off or control it at all. Also you would have noticed that I spent few calls with boiler central. They keep saying the issue was raised to you. Please resolve ASAP!!

@ViessmannUK After few visits and some lies in several calls from and to @BoilerCentral , the issues are still outstanding. No one taking responsibility. This will be raised to ombudsman and I and not interested in continue these long nonsense conversations with them. 2/3

Horrible cust service. Got a new @ViessmannUK boiler installed couple of weeks ago by @BoilerCentral and had issues since day one:water leak, no instructions on how to operate the boiler, damage to radiators,we can’t turn off the heating which will mean high cost for our bills1/3
