@grim_Jester @BethesdaSupport @TESOnline We played for years too using guild chat. Then about 5 or 6 years ago people couldn't get into guild chats. Randomly and often, but not always, fixed by logging out and back in to the game. It eventually led to everyone just using xbox chat.
Wasn't a hardware issue

Eso voice chat is, and has been for years now, unreliable and intermittent.
