@Martyn1988 It’s not the same principle - gifs are in the public domain whereas this picture was taken from my personal account without my permission or consent. Had I provided consent for it to be shared then there wouldn’t be an issue here but as it is you’re benefiting from my property.
@Martyn1988 That’s fine, I understand your initial
position but I’ve now both told you and shown you evidence that it’s my picture.
I could equally say the same, it was very surprising for me to see a total stranger sharing my picture from a different platform on Twitter.
@maddogman17 @Al72718833 @Martyn1988 I don’t know who you are mate. Look, it’s very simple, this picture is either credited or deleted. If neither happens, the post will be reported.
@Martyn1988 I understand that but it’s not yours or your friends picture to share - my Instagram specifically says that any sharing of my images has to be credited.
@SkyNews Fair enough you want to get a deal, I get that. But why do the innocent public in the middle of all this have to pay the price? We’ve done nothing to inconvenience the rail workers yet we’re having to suffer - it doesn’t seem very fair.
