A veces hay que ceder para encontrar el espacio, esperar el momento correcto, respirar bajo presión, conservar la calma y confiar en la técnica.

La vida también exige eso.

Resiliencia no es resistirlo todo de frente. Es saber adaptarse, fluir, caer sin rendirse, tener paciencia y perseverar hasta encontrar una nueva posición desde la cual volver a avanzar.

Hay batallas que no se ganan empujando más fuerte, sino comprendiendo cuándo sostener, cuándo soltar y cuándo moverse.

Que esta noche puedas descansar con la certeza de que incluso en los momentos difíciles, siempre existe una salida si conservas la calma y sigues buscando el movimiento correcto.
