@hasanthehun I rowed competitively for all of highschool and yes. I would close my eyes and feel the rhythm and just be like wow this feels ancient and spiritual
I, for one, would like to thank the Queen for making her royal address and providing the nation with something it sorely needs right now...
The perfect Photoshop bait...
I come from a part of the world where we love to trap wildlife and sell them for $$$. At our wet markets, crowds come to select the living wild animal that they want to take home and eat.
Just that nobody talks like this because we're white and the animals are lobster
Why can’t I find ANY news coverage on this? Yet I go to the Navajo nation missing persons Facebook and the number of missing women this year alone is INSANE. Can somebody explain this to me??
my girlfriend just added uncooked pasta to cold water and then turned on the stove and when i said that she should boil the water before adding pasta she said “literally all men are the same”
Or if we wanna get truly “Canadian”, speak Cree or Anishinaabe or Mi’kmaw or any of the incredible indigenous languages of this land. Anything other than immature pandering and emojis please
@CPC_HQ@AndrewScheer The fact that a national political party discusses debates as if it’s some TMZ news story is fairly disturbing. Saying a politician “dropped ✈️✈️ on Justin” is so immature and petty. Adult formal English or French please, not middle schooler lingo. Professionalism is dead
I’m at a ceremony this morning where the names of children who attended & died at Canadian residential schools is being unveiled on a 50-metre long ceremonial cloth. #OrangeShirtDay2019
The earth will thrive and continue on after we have destroyed the conditions which we require to succeed, because lord knows how many creatures on this planet are stronger and more resilient than humans.
greenpeace’s Twitter bio calls the Earth « fragile » and while the earth isn’t going to take relentless abuse by insolant humans, it is not fragile. This planet will not crumble by our hands, but what will crumble will be our ability to succeed.
We have no right to treat the planet the way we do. it is not ‘ours’ by any stretch of the imagination. We cannot own what we do not understand, and we sure as hell don’t full grasp the majesty that is Earth. The earth is not fragile, it is not something that can break.
