35 nonbinary genderfluid. I don't post a lot myself due to a chronic illness sadly, but I like manga and retweeting cute animals that makes being here worth it.

@YuuRei20 Yoooo thank you so much for getting this put together, I appreciate getting to see and know the full extent of the changes that were made. 👍

@YuuRei20 OH!! One more thing to note and I can't believe I didn't catch it sooner, but when i was looking at the rerelease to compare with the Viz release again today, there is something else to know: the rerelease is $14.00 now, while the Viz release was previously $12.99

[taku @ what day even is it anymore @alexandriteye]

@YuuRei20 Pictures of the difference between the previous Viz release and the new re-release. Mostly just aesthetic changes for the manga binding, although the re-release translation did notably change Trey's UM back to "Doodle Suit" as it's called in JP TWST

@YuuRei20 Okay, I got the chance to check the print version of TW Heartslabyuul volume 1 and 2 at my local bookstore, and it looks like they don't have any black pages like the ones you showed me, so it may just be the digital version that has this issue.

@YuuRei20 Ooh, I'm actually not sure, since I ended up not buying the rerelease myself, though I don't remember seeing anything like that when comparing the two. I plan to be visiting my local bookstore tomorrow that has the manga available tho, so I can check the print version for you!

@thatmangadude According to my barnes and noble reserve, vol. 1 got delayed yet again, this time all the way to May 11th of 2027

This short 5 volumes long manga was announced as a Denpa license in 2023 and they still haven't released a single volume.

@deadjunie Where do we think Click goes on this pyramid 🤔

[taku @ what day even is it anymore @alexandriteye]

@Oreophin @ungodlytrinity There is one difference I caught while examining the Heartslabyuul manga to compare with Viz edition and Disney's: the new release changed Trey's signature spell back to "Doodle Suit" while Viz has "Paint the Roses", so there is definitely some translation changes involved.

@SemjaseLaw @KillaMinga One of the comments in the main post for this has a picture of him with his puppy saying he got it back I think?

@unluckylabor What series are the second and fourth images from? I recognize the other two being Saikano and Shimeji Simulation but would love to know what the other two are and if they're worth checking out!

@spalik_jp The hand he is using to hold the bar behind him is missing a finger lmao

[taku @ what day even is it anymore @alexandriteye]

@_ToastedBrioche I don't know, since Crunchyroll has made no news posts addressing whats going on as far as I'm aware of. Still, it's just weird to have a license expire on an anime that literally just aired a new season last year...
