@realEstateTrent with other choice. Everyone else got bank jobs or went back to school. I made huge fees for the next 10 years while starting other companies and building a development and investment portfolio. Silver spoon, Ivy League kids don’t have the stomach for that life.

@realEstateTrent I went broke twice in brokerage. First right out of colleges in 2001. Tech bubble burst, No money, student loan debt, no connections. Next time in 2009 amid great financial crisis. But because I had no back stop, or family money, I hung on like Forrest Gump in the shrimp boat.
