@McDonaldsUK it’s 6pm and South Shields (Kings Street) have the main part of their packed restaurant closed, why??? No seats left on the other side (which is tiny anyway) & a constant queue of customers. It doesn’t close until 22:45.

@RoyalMailHelp I sent a response yesterday but no one has been able to respond yet. Track and trace still states delivery was due 6 October (yesterday) and has not been updated. I need to know if it’s lost as it’s a really important letter
