It’s doesn’t bring benefits for borrowers. @term_labs are already 3 years in the market with not much fit

@EthanDeFi_ Is it a real borrower pain now? On aave rate is low most of the time except one week in the year when something happens.
So as a borrower i get smth that doesnt change my life much and fixed terms i need to pay the loan back which is worse than i get using pooled structure.
