@adamgusky@FounderKyle@strzibnyj@levelsio Why would they? Maybe you’re using the product once a year. But companies can reach out if they see low activity. This I agree with.
Justin Bieber: 285 songs, 85 hits (30%)
Taylor Swift: 243 songs, 59 hits (24%)
Drake: 133 songs, 38 hits (28%)

I was listening to Rob Walling's podcast episode with Noah Kagan when this phrase popped up: "How do you know you got Product-Market Fit? You know."
Followed by "You don't need to send a survey."
I'm not so sure about the last part, though.

@Microsoft Got it, should have read the small print: "After your one-month free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a 12-month paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. Cancel anytime during your free trial to stop future charges."
Hey @Microsoft, why are are you so sneaky and what's with these dark patterns? I chose specifically the monthly plan because I don't want to get locked into long-term commitments with you, and you're doing this? Whith no easy way to change the plan?
