@NeleHelena @AlisonNolan9 I’m pretty sure, with my foggy memory, that Zinc brings copper down. I use them both. Copper has brought my hair back to it’s natural colour, but too much is oestrogenic and I struggle with that. I just increase Zinc and all is well again.
