Start with a 1/4, maybe they buy a new machine the farm needs, do some custom work, pick up a few more 1/4s. Before you know it they own a couple thousand acres, have a few kids that want to take over.
@patton_devin Australia has something like your describing-Farm Management Deposits. Farmers can stash up to $800k in good years (tax-deductible), pull it out in bad years (taxed then), and keep re-contributing. Unlike a 401k, withdrawals don’t kill your future contribution room.
@bl_ag_inc@Qshizzle97 We have a blazer ev with a heat pump. Heat pump helps to save power. Down to -20C it isn’t to much different than summer. Below that to -40 your range is almost cut in half. But with 450km range we still make out fine.

If you run a older Lexion with a C13 cat and your serpentine belt squeals periodically I’d recommend changing the engine crank pulley. The belt machines the pulley away and a hot chunk of pulley could land on your fuel tank and burn it to the ground..
