@haylanialvarez i made sure that when i open the ticketmaster website i am always logged in. i only opened the website and joined the waiting room just under half hour before

@hannahfun1 7- when i went to check out it wanted me to verify on my banking app but when i did that the website crashed so i ended up having to use paypal!!

@hannahfun1 6- so make sure you check the price as i put in normal seated and it gave me £600 vip which i couldn’t afford! you can go back to other tickets but that’s a risk that they might all go! also if you try too many times it can kick you out!

@hannahfun1 5- they then give you the chance to choose what type of tickets you want again and how many, then click find tickets and it’ll give you whatever is available. sometimes whatever is closest to what you chose if that’s no longer available!

@hannahfun1 3- DONT REFRESH!! it might not reload straight away but if you refresh it can kick you back out! just wait and let it do it on its own. mine didn’t refresh until about 1/2 mins past!

@hannahfun1 2- i had to keep clicking to try and get in the waiting room, i ended up putting my phone in airplane mode and then taking it off and it put me into the waiting room!

@hannahfun1 1: log in the night before so that you don’t have to do it in the morning. i had one safari browser and one chrome browser on different phones. DONT HAVE MORE THAN ONE ON EACH DEVICE. it will kick you out!!!!
