Maddie smashes wrist pain and lifts 68kg like a pro

When Maddie came to me she couldn't snatch…
She hurt her wrist for the second time in the lead up to a competition and she was devastated.
She had the pain on and off for months now.
The last time it flared up was when the competed.
And the next time she competed it flared up again.
