@amandatpwk_ @HPEX353_1 I definitely do believe that our lifestyles and diet has a huge affect on health outcomes. It’s always so interesting to see the different things that are allowed in the U.S. versus Europe.
@abdeza09@HPEX353_1 My go to is tik tok or twitter! But typically at night, I’ve noticed that videos and tweets seem to be funnier when it’s dark outside.
@abdeza09@HPEX353_1 This article was so informative. As I’be gotten older I have learned to make sure that I make time for myself and other friends when in relationships!
@LaurenWHPEX353@abdeza09@HPEX353_1 I personally believe environmental factors plays such a huge role. Access to foods, health care, extracurricular and exposure to overall different agents is not something I believe we talk about enough.
@abdeza09@HPEX353_1 I also loved going to summer sleep away camp. I’m also a nanny and know how gross children can be and also how they aren’t really too fond of maintaining personal hygiene. I personally believe that kids are definitely a medium of spreading covid. I would wait one more year.

I had no idea that so many foods have such a fine line between healthy and poisonous. Are there any foods on this list that surprised you? @HPEX353_1#hrd#hpex353_1
Did you know the cashews you buy in stores with a raw label aren’t exactly that? Before they hit shelves, they’re steamed to remove a toxin called urushiol -- the same toxin found in poison ivy -- in their shells.

@amandatpwk_ @HPEX353_1 I have been wondering about this too! Lots of the southern hemisphere barely had a flu season and I believe most of that to be due to social distancing. I do know that this test we gave out more flu vaccines than ever before. Maybe that had something to do with it?
@abdeza09@HPEX353_1 I will be wearing my mask long after this is over. This pandemic made me realize how unhygienic and closely packed together we have all been. I used to get sick about twice a year but I have not had a cold since 2019!
