1. Take a piece of paper
2. Write down all the things that you need to do
3. Take a highlighter and mark out 3 things that you REALLY need to do

We had an issue with our connection. Telmex told it would take 3 days to just "reach out to us", we switched to Totalplay on day 2 and had our service up and running on the same day with twice the speed.
