@ASOS Another tweet and another issue unsolved. I would like to get the general opinion on this. I bought a two piece set based on an ASOS description and only a top turned up. I waited 13 days for an answer and then was told the description had changed so I should live with it..
@ASOS Over the last six months I have placed at least one ASOS order every week with no issues. I am struggling to understand why a missing item from my order that was raised on the 1st July has taken 12 days to investigate. Disappointing customer service!
