@APompliano@ryancohen He asks GME shareholders to vote for 2.5B new shares. How he explains this statement ? Why should I, as a GME shareholder be confident in his "plan", when all he does is talk about eBay?
@foxenflask "He also explained that shareholders are only diluted if Berkshire receives less in value than it gives, and he repeated that principle in multiple letters and Q&A sessions over the years."
How often @ryancohen held Q&As or even been transparent with GME shareholders?
How about you come in front with your mate @larryvc and for once address something to the shareholders that allowed you to be in a position to even think about buying eBay, the company "you always dreamt of".
For now, it will be a "no" for me in regards to the dilution.
Yo @ryancohen ever since you became #GME CEO, you never once allowed a Q&A on earnings call for the shareholders. For the past month all you did was waffle about how great you will make eBay if you become CEO.
Not once you talked to your GME shareholders and explain what's in it for them and the impact this acquisition will have on their shares and GME overall.
Now you are asking your shareholders to vote for another 2.5B dilution.
