A3. I think advocating for policy that assists/regulates communication between organizations could be beneficial. Ex. If animal control gets a report of animal abuse and children are in the home they should contact CPS or vise versa. #SW5602 #MacroSW

A5. The balance between confidence and self-criticism is hard. It’s important to be a strong leader & able to assess possible improvements. Some individuals find any form of criticism (self or otherwise) as a personal attack and are unwilling to examine it. #MacroSW #sw5602

A3. In today’s climate it’s important to be aware of different cultures and beliefs and try to learn about them. Being able to properly advocate for these groups is important, since they mostly likely don’t have the same social protections. #MacroSW #sw5602

A3. Unions have set standards for working conditions- the 40 hour work week, fair labor practices, etc. However, my dad has been in the UAW for 30+ years and something he has criticized is unions may protect “bad” workers #SW5602 #MacroSW

A2. I’m not very familiar with the different types of unions.. I know of the UAW, teachers union ... and that’s about it, if I’m being honest. But I would love to learn, because I know they’re all important for workers rights #SW5602 #MacroSW
