Been in a 5 month battle with @bamboo_airways and @bookingcom to obtain a refund for a flight that was cancelled. Both keep blaming each other and I am desperately waiting for over a grand for the refund. What makes it worse is it was for our honeymoon.

So I've spent over 2 hours on live chat with @virginmedia. Advised to order online for 1gb at £22.99 which then resulted in me having two contracts. They then renewed my current one for £5 more than online price. When I complained I've been messed around, they did the below!! 😡

@vinted @EUgrowth Hi, I purchased a football shirt which the seller said was real. I've authenticated it using the tag in the shirt and it's counterfeit and I checked on the Adidas website. Vinted customer support refuses to refund me
