@OfficialPLT_CS is the worst customer service ever! Absolutely useless. Hermes are still waiting for the parcel 2 days later (ordered next day delivery) but PLT are sending wrong tracking codes to me saying they have tried to deliver. Can someone make up their mind where it is!
