@RM8 @Jared_Carrabis Mookie was 27 when he left. Could have gotten full contract value with the 10-year deal he wanted. That was dumb. I think $25 mil AAV is good value for X, 11 years is ridiculous for someone entering their age 30 season. 7-8 years max is the only length that makes long term sense

@stacks_bobby BA was a good sub, but often used too late in the game. I think LDLT (if he was healthy) would have been a good choice v wales and Iran over Acosta. Zim v Iran was good. With Sargent out, Haji at halftime v NED was the right choice but he didn’t do much

@Eyesandvibes Although I kinda don’t like the tactics that generally go along with it, I think a 4-2-3-1 gets the most of our currently best players on the field at the same time. Adams and Musah double pivot, CP, gio and Wes fluid in front of them, and then Weah or a traditional 9 up top

@AnexiNanas We’re producing young talent and sending them all over the world at an unprecedented level. As much as we wanted this WC to be our coming out stage, reality is we just aren’t there yet. A top coach, 4 more years, and hosting duties for ‘26…this cycle is where we step it up

@MLSTransfers The thing is though, the MLS doesn’t NEED to be a top-5 league. Work visas are pretty easy to come by for Americans. If it can become an elite developmental league for high end young talent, it will serve its purpose. Those high end of prospects can move to Europe at 18
