Bombing a school is a war crime. Bombing a hospital is a war crime. Bombing news outlets is a war crime. Firing rockets at civilians is *also* a war crime.
If we believe in human rights, we should hold anyone who commits war crimes fully accountable.
No mention of Sheikh Jarra.
No mention of the al-Aqsa raid.
No mention of the 13 innocent children killed in air strikes.
No mention of the ongoing occupation of millions in an open air prison.
You aren’t prioritizing human rights. You’re siding with an oppressive occupation.
Tragically, no Governor responded to the pandemic more poorly.
He shut down the economy, but failed to prepare for a safe re-opening. COVID cases and deaths surged as a result. And he still blocked local officials from taking action until public pressure forced his hand.
In the past 3 months, the Postal Service has paid Postmaster General Louis DeJoy's former company $14M.
Meanwhile, DeJoy continues to have a stake in the company worth at least $30M and was paid $1.86M last year.
If this isn't a conflict of interest, I don't know what is.
Recently I’ve seen a few people post about how COVID was blown out of proportion. Usually it’s based on the fact that they or people they know tested positive and were fine...while that’s great for them, many have not been so lucky. Have some fucking empathy.
