@nationalrailenq I understand there is an issue with prebooked tickets, are TFL aware of this? as I had prebooked a day travelcard and will need access on the gates of each underground station

I’ve had to go to work today and catch a 6:30AM train, how would you like that after your yesterday service didn’t run until 1AM?
